A Football Captain plays a vital role in the game of football ,he needs to look after the team ,he should make sure that all the team mates should cooperate with one an other and being a captain is not that easy there is lot of hard work behind every football captain ,a captain should work hard compared to other team mates he should know how to handle a team in different situations and well organise his team before the match begins.
A captain should not be frustrated during the match hours if he is frustrated he cannot handle the team well so he should handle each and every situation calmly when the team is need of a goal captains decision decides the winning or loosing of the team so he should know how to take decisions when the team is in need of a goal.
A team captain plays multi tasking role in football such as:
1.An Organiser

A recognizer is a person who recognises things very fast so the captain acts as a recognizer for the team and He recognises his team mates skills and help them to do it in a more skill full way.
3.Ability
He forces his team to apply their skillful ability on the pitch.
4.Manager
A manager is a person who manages all things is a good manner so the captain acts as a manager and manages his team well eg: when the team is on fight.
5.An Encourager
An Encourager is a person who motivates people so the captain acts as an Encourager and encourages his team mates giving positive quotes eg:the team captain motivates his team by Using a quote of motivation that is "never give up keep going" so this few words from the captain motivates the team and helps the team to win the match or it will change the game so we can call a football captain as a "game changer ".
6. A good planner
A team captain is also a good planner, he should be smart and intelligent to plan the game and win the match. For example a captain plans position of each team mate and makes a best plan to win.
